Cascade Brewery Bar

Cascade Brewery Bar sits at the foothills of South Hobart under kunanyi / Mt Wellington, on the grounds of the historic Cascade Brewing Co, Australia’s oldest operating brewery. It welcomes visitors seven days a week in a heritage listed beer garden and bar that blends historic charm with modern comfort.

Inside there is a striking brass topped bar, crafted wooden joinery with Tasmanian oak and raw steel, and a roaring fireplace which together give the space a warm, rustic meets stylish atmosphere.

On tap you’ll find a full range of Cascade’s brewery fresh beers and ciders, all brewed on site. The kitchen serves meals built around Tasmanian produce, including wood smoked meats, seafood and pub fare crafted to pair with the beers.

Cascade Brewery Bar works well for casual lunches, relaxed dinners, beers with mates or a weekend meal out. It also suits larger gatherings or functions thanks to its spacious setting, heritage gardens and welcoming public bar vibe.
