Cascade on Collins

Cascade on Collins is a bar and restaurant in the historic Cascade Building at 154-156 Collins Street in central Hobart, forming part of the RACV Hobart Hotel. It is known for share plates using Tasmanian produce and for serving drinks through to late seven days a week.
